QuickBooks: the necessary evil of small business accounting. It’s the software you love to hate....

We navigate your business to calmer waters
Back in a mythical time just before 2000, our founder Scott moved from California to Chicago to start a construction data company after finding himself somehow ahead of the digital-for-all trend on the west coast. I know, we didn't believe it either! But this was before Silicon Valley could serve small/medium businesses at an affordable access point with an ability to scale realistically.
With Midwestern grit and work ethic, the construction data business grew to several offices nationwide, and began selling information to building product manufacturers and the largest architectural firms. Eventually, a holding company merged his company with three other national companies, but selected his CRM and Product Teams as the basis of the new conglomerate. Occasionally finding himself in sharky waters being the chosen COO of an 800-person company, he fine tuned how to spot teams and people who have good skillsets, intentions and emotional intelligence; not just good first impressions, a big vocabulary and flashy pitches.
By going through multiple phases of company building, IP acquisition and strategic buy-outs to secure marketshare, immense knowledge and contacts were gained that we apply to your business to remove barriers and get to smooth sailing. Scott's focus and the team's in the digital-for-all mission we believe in, is embracing nimble cloud-based software, integrating great API touch points so systems can communicate in real time, and AI implementation eliminating time-consuming administration and executing consistently.
